Trail Eats — Blueberry Breakfast Oats


1 Cup Quick Oats

Pinch of Cinnamon

Pinch of Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Blueberries




Bring two cups of water to a boil, stir in Oats, Cinnamon, and Brown Sugar. (To save time on the trail combine all dry ingredients ahead of time). Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat until water is absorbed. Stir in blueberries and cover until berries have caramelized

Serve oatmeal in a bowl, cup, plate, rock you name it — top with coconut and fresh berries and drizzle with agave. Fancy a late-night treat? Whip up for a dessert with a dollop of whip cream.
